What are the Ailia Enamel Pins for?
Our enamel pins are designed to personalise your Ailia Body Strap, Bottle Pouch or any fabric surface youād like to decorate. Theyāre a fun way to express yourself and make your Ailia setup uniquely yours.
Can I attach the pins directly to my Ailia Bottle?
No. Do not jab, poke, or puncture any pins into your Ailia Bottle. The enamel pins are for use on fabric surfaces like the Body Strap and Bottle Pouch only.
How do I make sure the pins stay secure?
Each pin comes with a secure rubber backing/clutch. Always ensure the backing is firmly fastened before wearing or handling.
Can I pin them elsewhere?
Absolutely! You can wear your enamel pins on your lanyard, jacket, bag, or anywhere with fabric. Theyāre a lovely way to start conversations, spread awareness, and remind others (and yourself) how resilient you truly are.
Are these limited edition?
Yes! Many of our enamel pins, like the Lappy Bear, are limited edition designs released in small batches. Once theyāre gone, they may not return.
Can I collect multiple designs?
Absolutely! Each pin design celebrates a part of the Ailia community! From comfort and selfcare to endometriosis awareness.. you can mix, match, and collect them all.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is picked and packed (1-2 days), the journey from Ailia HQ to your front door begins. Here are the time frames:

Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-4 days.
