The Ailia Bottle works just like a traditional hot water bottle in how it delivers warmth. The only difference is how it heats up.
Instead of filling it with boiling water, the Ailia Bottle has a built-in electric heating element that safely warms the pre-filled water inside.
Simply plug the charger into the bottle while it’s resting on a flat surface and allow 8~12 minutes for it to heat up (the exact time depends on your environment temperature). The red indicator light on the charger will switch off once the bottle is ready.
Once heated, remove the charger and enjoy 1~6 hours of soothing warmth, again depending on your surrounding temperature and how it’s used.
After heating, the Ailia Bottle works exactly like a regular rubber hot water bottle. It releases heat gradually through its outer layers. There’s no ongoing electrical current, no “active” heating, and no magic.. just steady, comforting warmth from water that’s been heated internally rather than by a kettle.

XS ~ XL: The Ailia Body Strap is 120cm in length which approximately fits between sizes XS ~ XL at the waist.
2XL ~ 4XL: The Ailia Body Strap + Extension Strap combined will safely secure you 150cm of length which approximately fits between sizes 2XL ~ 4XL at the waist.
The Ailia Bottle has been clinically tested and certified to Australian standards AS/NZS 60335.2.81:2015 and AS/NZS 60335.1:2020 and also conforms to Global Standards GMA-515262-EA.
It adopts integrated high-frequency hot-press sealing technology, which can withstand the static pressure of 80kg. The tear resistance of the outer material can reach above 12.5N, and there is no sign of leakage.
It comes pre-filled and completely sealed, made up of 6 layers of high density-pvc and covered with an extremely soft flannel in our ailia green. It is crucial to follow and understand the warnings on our label and owners manual.

Absolutely! Our founder is an Endo warrior who designed the product to help provide comfort and relief during flare-ups, period pain, and other chronic conditions.
The Ailia Bottle delivers gentle, consistent heat that can help relax muscles, reduce tension, and provide temporary relief from cramps, inflammation, and discomfort.. Much like a traditional hot water bottle, but safer and easier to use.
While it’s not a medical device and doesn’t replace professional treatment, many people living with Endometriosis, PCOS, and chronic pain find the Ailia Bottle to be a comforting and practical way to manage symptoms day-to-day. If you have specific medical conditions or skin sensitivities, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.
How often can I use my Ailia Bottle?
You can use your Ailia Bottle as often as you like throughout the day! Just allow it to cool down to ≈40°C before reheating again. Each charge cycle automatically stops at 70°C, and you can control how warm it feels by charging it for less time if you prefer a gentler heat.
For a more comfortable experience, we recommend using it inside the Body Strap or Bottle Pouch to soften the heat against your skin. If it ever feels a little too warm, just let it cool for a few minutes before placing it back on. Ensure you always have a layer or more of clothing in between your skin and the product.
Also, we recommend taking short breaks between sessions and avoiding prolonged direct contact on the same area of skin.
Will the Ailia Bottle Body Strap fit me?

The Body Strap's length is 120cm and does not directly correspond to a specific clothing size because it is designed to accommodate various body shapes and sizes but approximately fits between sizes XS ~ XL at the waist.
It is intended to be adjustable and versatile, allowing users of different sizes to comfortably secure the hot water bottle in place. Therefore, the body strap is not specifically tied to a particular clothing size but rather provides a flexible fit for a wide range of individuals.
For additional room we offer an additional strap that adds an extra 30cm (of usable length, the additional strap is 60cm), the total length of the Body Strap can be securely extended to 150cm. This extension allows for further adjustability and approximately fits between sizes 2XL ~ 4XL at the waist.
The added flexibility ensures that individuals with different clothing sizes can effectively use the aAilia Bottle with the Body Strap, providing them with the desired level of comfort and protection.
Can I sleep with the Ailia Bottle?
No, we do not recommend sleeping with Ailia Bottle for multiple reasons.
1. You may roll over onto the bottle and increase risk of bottle bursting due to pressure.
2. WARNING - HOT WATER BOTTLES CAN CAUSE BURNS. AVOID PROLONGED DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SKIN.
It's important to note that our electric hot water bottle should be used with caution, and appropriate care should be taken to avoid burns or accidents. Please follow our instruction label and guidelines for safe usage.
Can I travel overseas with it?
The ailia bottle is travel friendly in the sense that all you need is the bottle and the charger to use it (no microwaves or kettles).
Before travelling overseas or domestically via plane you must contact your airline and get confirmation from them as all airlines have different rules and regulations.
You must also take into consideration the power voltage of the destination country as some outlets may not be able to support our power wattage.
Also, you will need a plug adaptor for your destination country as our charger has an Australian plug.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is picked and packed (1-2 days), the journey from Ailia HQ to your front door begins. Here are the time frames:
Free Tracked Shipping on all orders and expected delivery is between 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-4 days.
Please note: All shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!
Please note: Although Australia Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
