What is the Ailia Bottle Pouch used for?

How does the Bottle Pouch differ from the Body Strap?
The Body Strap allows you to wear your Ailia Bottle around your abdomen or back for hands-free comfort, while the Bottle Pouch is designed for resting use. It doesn’t have straps but does include pockets to keep your hands warm while you enjoy the heat.
Can I use the Bottle Pouch without the Ailia Bottle?
No. The Bottle Pouch is made specifically for use with your Ailia Bottle placed inside. Without it, the pouch won’t produce or retain heat.
How do I insert my Ailia Bottle?
Simply heat your Ailia Bottle as usual, then slide it into the designated section on the backside of the pouch. Make sure it’s positioned flat and fully enclosed before use.
Is it safe to sleep with the Bottle Pouch?
No. We recommend using the Bottle Pouch while awake and resting, such as on the couch or in bed before sleep. Always remove the bottle before sleeping to avoid prolonged contact with heat.
Can I wash the Bottle Pouch?
Yes, the outer layer can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid submerging the pouch in water or using a washing machine. Always remove your Ailia Bottle before cleaning.
Does the Bottle Pouch come with the Ailia Bottle?
No. The Ailia Bottle and Body Strap are sold separately. The Bottle Pouch is designed to be compatible with all Ailia Bottles.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is picked and packed (1-2 days), the journey from Ailia HQ to your front door begins. Here are the time frames:
Free Tracked Shipping on all orders and expected delivery is between 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-4 days.
Please note: All shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!
Please note: Although Australia Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
