Only use the original Ailia charger provided with your bottle. Using third-party or replacement chargers may damage the bottle and is not recommended.
How long does the Ailia Bottle take to charge?
The Ailia Bottle typically heats in 8 to 12 minutes, depending on room temperature and conditions.
Does the charger turn off automatically?
Yes. The charger includes a built-in safety cut-off that automatically stops heating once the bottle reaches its set temperature.
Can I leave the charger plugged in after it’s finished heating?
No. Once the bottle has finished heating, unplug the charger and remove it from the bottle before use.
Can I use the Ailia Bottle while it’s charging?
No. The bottle should never be used while plugged in or charging. Always remove the charger before placing the bottle on your body or inside any accessories.
Can I charge the Ailia Bottle overnight?
No. The Ailia Bottle should only be charged while supervised and for the recommended heating time.
Why does my charger make a clicking sound?
A clicking sound will occur when the charger’s safety mechanism engages. This is normal and helps prevent overheating or over-expansion.
Can I use the charger overseas?
You will need to check that your destination’s power voltage supports the charger’s wattage and use a suitable plug adaptor, as the charger has an Australian plug. Always confirm compatibility before use.
