Can I use the Foot Warmer without the Ailia Bottle?
No. The Ailia Foot Warmer is designed specifically to be used with your Ailia Bottle placed inside the secure zip compartment. The warmth comes directly from the bottle itself, which heats evenly from the base to fill the entire foot warmer with gentle, lasting comfort. Without the Ailia Bottle, it won’t generate or retain heat effectively.
Does the Ailia Foot Warmer come with an Ailia Bottle?
No, the Ailia Bottle and Body Strap are sold separately. The Foot Warmer is designed to be compatible with all Ailia Bottles.
What size does it fit?
One size fits most! The Ailia Foot Warmer is generously sized to keep every pair of feet cozy, comfortably fitting up to AU/US Women’s 14.5 or EU 48 (equivalent to AU/US Men’s size 13).

Yes! The Ailia Foot Warmer’s outer layer can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid submerging it in water or using a washing machine. Always remove your Ailia Bottle before cleaning.
Can I use the Foot Warmer while charging the Ailia Bottle?
No. The Ailia Bottle must always be unplugged before placing it inside the Foot Warmer or using it on your body.
When will my order arrive?
Once your order is picked and packed (1-2 days), the journey from Ailia HQ to your front door begins. Here are the time frames:
Free Tracked Shipping on all orders and expected delivery is between 2-8 business days.
Express Shipping is available for all regions in Australia with an expected delivery between 1-4 days.
Please note: All shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!
Please note: Although Australia Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
How much do I pay for shipping?
If you’re located in Australia, standard shipping is free on all orders over $120.
